Baked Crispy Kale

Ingredients
- 8 pieces of kale

olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Remove stem of kale and roughly tear leave into pieces.
Make sure the kale Is dry. In a bowl, mix kale with olive oil so it is all covered with oil.
Add salt and pepper and mix.
Line baking tray with aluminium foil and lay the kale on it in one layer.
Bake at 160 degree Celsius for 10min and check. Turn over if needed. Bake for 5 more min and take out when it turns crispy.
Recipe Note
Check frequently towards the end of baking, as it turns from crispy to burnt quickly.
