Ingredients
Rosemary infused syrup

Sugar 50g

Water 50g

Rosemary 1 sprig with wooden stem removed
Mocktail

Blueberry nectar 3 tbsp
- Rosemary infused syrup 2 tbsp
- Soda water 150ml
- Lemon Slices
- Rosemary (for garnish)
- ice cubes
Directions
(Make rosemary infused syrup) In a small saucepan, dissolve sugar in water at low heat. In an airtight container, put in rosemary and pour in the sugar water. To store, cool to room temperature, close the lid and put in the fridge.
(Make the Mocktail) In a glass put in sequence: blueberry nectar, rosemary infused syrup, ice cubes, lemon slices, soda water. Garnish with rosemary. Done.
