Ingredients
- 2 eggs

35g crystal sugar
- 200ml water
Directions
- Dissolve crystal sugar in water by heating it a bit. Cool off the liquid.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Mix in the cooled liquid.
Pour the egg mixture into two small bowls by passing through a sieve.
Steam the egg custard at high heat for 17 minutes. Done if served hot. If you like it cold, put in the fridge until it’s cold and serve.
